Sharin Sultana is an undergraduate student in the Department of Food Technology and Nutrition Science at Noakhali Science and Technology University, with a growing interest in interdisciplinary research at the intersection of food, nutrition, water, environmental health, and public health.
Her academic and research interests include nutrition, food safety, food microbiology, water quality, rainwater quality and utilization, environmental sustainability, and sustainable food systems. She is particularly interested in understanding how food and environmental factors influence human health and how scientific research can contribute to safer, healthier, and more sustainable communities.
Sharin is developing her skills in scientific research, data analysis, and evidence-based problem-solving. Her research interests encourage her to explore real-world challenges related to food safety, nutritional assessment, water quality, and environmental health from an interdisciplinary perspective.
