Slide from 16 cm² up to 100 cm² per leaf. Presets snap to Small / Medium / Large. Watch the efficiency readout to find the sweet spot.
Leaves per flower
The Rainflower has 4 leaves. Add more (up to 8) to see the impact — collecting area scales with leaf count, so yield rises proportionally. Counts above 4 show the extra leaves as a simulated arrangement of the same leaf.
Deployed devices
A cluster is one mother flower plus its child flowers. Default 2 (1 mother + 1 child). Scale up for a rooftop or a whole village yard.
Operating angle
Drag for any angle 10–80°. Flatter (small angle) catches more rain; steeper drains faster.

Each city's default is the average of published August rainfall normals across the sources below. Tropical monsoon figures differ by dataset and reference period, so defaults are rounded averages and every field stays editable.

Rain = 1 mm depth ≡ 1 L/m². Model assumes vertical rainfall and no overflow at the collection unit. Rainfall figures are editable long-term averages; individual storms vary widely. Bounding volume is the swept envelope of the four extended leaves.
