Getting help

Support, the Change Log, Ask Thunder, leaving Rainflower and staying safe.

Ask your coordinator first. For anything about the site itself, use the support page.

  • Support (/support): describe the problem or idea, leave your email or WhatsApp and press Send feedback. If your report leads to a change, you may earn raindrops.
  • Change Log (/changelog): what has changed on the site recently, and who suggested it. Signed-in members only; it is linked in the site footer.
  • Ask Thunder: the Ask Thunder button on every page of this guide answers questions about the guide for free. The public Q&A at /ask covers the program and the science (asking there costs 10 raindrops, paid back when answered).
  • Feedback wall (/feedback): share what you think of Rainflower publicly.

Leaving Rainflower

You can close your account at /account/leave (from the Danger zone on the edit-profile page). The account closes at once and your coordinator is told. Your data is kept until an admin approves deletion, so ask your coordinator quickly if you change your mind.

Staying safe

  • Never share your login link; it signs in whoever clicks it.
  • Keep posts, memes and bios suitable for school.
  • In research, use codes instead of people's names and don't photograph children's faces.
