Coordinator guide Β· 3 of 10

Bringing students in

The Student Signups toggle, your link and QR code, flyers, waitlists and referrals.

Student Signups toggle

On My Students (/dashboard/coordinator), turn Student Signups on to let students choose you at /signup, through your link or your QR code. When it is off, you don't appear in the list.

If no coordinator in your country is accepting students, new students join a waitlist instead and are emailed when someone opens signups.

Shown under Share this link with students, with a Copy button. Your link looks like /c/<code> and takes students straight to signup with you already chosen.

Personalized printable flyers are at /dashboard/coordinator/flyers.

Referrals to review

Students can invite friends with their own link (/s/<code>). When an invite looks suspicious (for example, two signups from the same network), it waits for you at /dashboard/coordinator/referrals. Approve it if the students are genuinely different people.

What a new student goes through

  1. They sign up and confirm their email.
  2. You approve them (see Approving and managing students).
  3. They sign in with an email link, give their birth year and, if under 18, send a consent link to a guardian (see Guardian consent).
