Coordinator guide Β· 2 of 10

Getting started

Apply to be a coordinator, sign in with an email link and set up your profile.

Becoming a coordinator

Apply at /signup/coordinator with your name, email, WhatsApp, country, city, region and why you want to coordinate, then press Submit application. A Rainflower admin approves new coordinators.

Signing in

Nobody uses a password on Rainflower.

  1. Go to /login, enter your email and press Send login link.
  2. Open the email and click the link. It works once and expires after 15 minutes.

Never forward your login link to anyone. It signs in whoever clicks it.

Your profile

Edit it at /dashboard/profile; others see it at /profile/<username>.

  • Photo: press Change Photo.
  • Bio: must be in English and at least 500 characters. Press Check with AI; it checks language, tone and grammar and may offer a polished version.
  • Other fields: name, username, WhatsApp, school or organization and social links. Press Save Profile when done.

Students see your name and photo when they choose a coordinator at signup, so a clear photo and bio help.
